Designing Life Harmony — A Mobile Lunar Calendar for Intentional Daily Planning

As the sole product designer, I was responsible for the entire user experience and visual direction. I collaborated closely with the founder, who brought deep domain expertise, and translated those insights into a clear, structured design strategy.
We created a time-based dashboard that automatically highlights the current time period, designed clickable time segments with details for every activity, and introduced a Favorites feature to help users focus on what matters most to them. The interface was crafted to feel calm, premium, and professional — avoiding common astrology clichés while still feeling emotionally engaging.
The product shipped on time, met the client's launch goals, and laid a solid foundation for future growth.
To strike that balance, I developed a style that evokes lightness, softness, and clarity. We leaned into a light warm color palette, strong contrasts, and carefully chosen typography to convey a sense of elegancy and order. The design needed to feel premium and refined, with just enough personality — a subtle "spark" of accent illustrations — to connect it back to the astrological theme without being overt. We wanted to position Life Harmony not as entertainment, but as a trusted, daily-use tool for intentional living.
