Diverse Electronics: Designing b2b e-commerce website to deliver a frictionless buying experience for engineers and stand out as a trusted, go-to distributor.

I joined the Diverse Electronics team to redesign their B2B e-commerce experience from the ground up. Over the course of several months, I led the end-to-end design process — from stakeholder discovery and competitor research and visual direction, to preparing a design system for handoff to development team. We focused on solving the problems that were holding business back, and made sure every design decision supported fast, confident buying for customers.

Next Generation 9-1-1: How I explored ways to integrate digital tools into the outdated 9-1-1 system to save time, reduce stress, and ultimately save lives.

In my research project for the course 'Intro to UX' at Pace University, I explored how advanced digital technologies like video calls, sharing media, locations, texting and real-time translation services might be helpful in medical emergency situations and how they practically might be implemented into current 9-1-1 calling user flow.
