Mountain Mirage: An interactive projection


The idea of the project is to make the illustartion interactive. The idea for the illustartion was born as an experimentation, to bring new life to a photo, giving it a touch of my personal vision as an artist.

Design Process







Building and Testing

The first step after ideation was to connect the light and HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensors, and test them separately to ensure they were working properly. Then, I connected them into a single circuit which allowed me to send data from the sensors to TouchDesigner. Next, I proceeded to fine-tune the setup's other components such as tree leaves, fireflies, and natural sound effects.
